More in this Section...

The City is committed to helping community organizers execute safe and successful festivals and events in Richmond Hill.

In order to host an event on municipal property, you are required to complete a Community Festivals and Event Application. The information you provide will help our Special Events Advisory Team identify your permit requirements, special permissions that may be required, applicable fees, and municipal by-laws that apply.

Our team is here to help and answer any questions you may have. Listed below is more information about application timelines, the process and fees. We have also included some useful resources to help you with your planning process.

Need further assistance? Email us with your Community Festival and Event questions.
